Warranty & Returns
The chances are extraordinarily good that you’ll be thoroughly satisfied with your purchase from us. It’s a good idea for everyone, though, to have guidelines in place in case something happens.
All CTBusters products are warranted for workmanship and materials for one year from the date of purchase.
Customers returning products for repair due to poor workmanship or materials, will not be subject to further charges.
If the repair is required due to mishandling or abuse, there will be minimal charges for parts and shipping.
When making returns, the customer does so at their expense. Pack carefully. Buy shipping insurance. Include a copy of your CTBusters packing slip or a note of your own, in the package.
Goods Arrived Damaged?
If for some reason your goods arrived damaged or inoperable, we will do everything we can to fix the issue. Obviously, this is our responsibility and we will correct things as quickly as possible. Just email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. We want you to be 100% happy with your CTBusters purchase and if our product isn’t holding up its end of the bargain, we’ll fix it in a hassle-free manner.
Changed Your Mind?
Maybe you’ve received a product from us and it isn’t damaged, but you’ve changed your mind and don’t wish to keep it. If that’s the case, simply send it back to us unused, in its original packaging and within 30 days. In these instances, the customer will bear the expense of returning the goods to CTBusters.
Customers are to return the products at their expense, and please pack carefully and buy shipping insurance. Please include a copy of your packing slip or a note of your own, in the package.
Have a Warranty Claim?
As far as warranty claims go, we will do everything we can to ensure your warranty is processed smoothly. We have great relationships with all our customers, and will work directly with you to ensure any warranty issues are rectified in a timely manner.
Ultimately, every purchase needs to end on a note that satisfies you and we will take every step to ensure that.
