Wooden Powerwand Base #03
Purple Heartwood Powerwand Base. This one had the hole carved with a lathe knife and no overheating drill. It came out quite beautifully. I was looking at the bottom of it and I thought, I can put some orgonite in there! So, I did, and it looks great for the rare times it’s inverted. So not really a win. It’s effective but you can’t see it. Purple Heartwood is as hard as iron. It is super dense and takes a long time to get it shaped and sanded to this high finish. It weighs twice as much as maple, it’s that dense. I think it’s beautiful, so I deal with it. My hands are numb after making these.
