Wooden Powerwand Base #02
This is the second Powerwand Base. It is Purple Heartwood. This one taught me some lessons. The giant drill bit I used to make the hole overheated the piece and caused the sap to melt out leaving cracks.
All subsequent Bases will be carved out with a lathe knife, not a drill. I managed to fill the cracks and the piece looks very nice. All these bases are made with the intention of World Peace.
